Decide what stays and what changes

Send room photos, approximate dimensions, your priorities and selected products. Existing surfaces, hidden damage and structural changes can affect the scope. Fixquisite provides general contracting, repairs and finish work. For new projects, regulated electrical, plumbing and other specialty work is assigned to appropriately licensed and qualified trade contractors. Permits and inspections are reviewed separately from trade licensing, and responsibilities are confirmed before work begins.

Before you get started

Small remodel questions

Can we update part of a bathroom or kitchen?

Yes. Start with what you want to change and what you want to keep. Selected finish updates can be scoped together. Regulated electrical, plumbing and other specialty work is assigned to appropriately licensed and qualified trade contractors; permit requirements are checked separately.

Can you help me prioritize a limited remodel budget?

Tell us your main frustration, preferred improvements and approximate budget range. We can discuss essential repairs and optional finish updates as separate parts of the scope. Pricing depends on the actual work, materials and site conditions.

Should I purchase tile or fixtures before requesting an estimate?

Product links are helpful, but dimensions, quantities, substrate condition and installation requirements should be reviewed before purchases are finalized. Tell us about anything already ordered, including delivery timing and return restrictions.

What happens if hidden damage is found?

Concealed moisture damage or unsuitable surfaces can change the work needed. The estimate should state assumptions and exclusions, and any additional scope should be discussed and agreed before that added work proceeds.
