Meet Fixquisite
Fixquisite LLC is a Spokane County general contractor providing handyman services and practical home improvements. Led by Dave Carpenter, the business brings repairs, finish carpentry, small remodels and smart-home work together under one clear approach.
Meet Dave Carpenter
I’m Dave, the owner of Fixquisite LLC. I help Spokane County homeowners repair, improve, and get more from their homes.
My background combines hands-on construction experience with design, manufacturing, technology, and project management. That experience shapes how I evaluate a project: how it should function, how it should look, and how the details fit together.
Fixquisite’s work includes home repairs, finish carpentry, small remodels, installations, and home technology. Whether you have one specific project or a list of repairs, the first step is understanding your priorities and the conditions that affect the work.
From there, we clarify the scope, discuss materials and options, and work through the estimate and next steps. My priorities are clear communication, careful preparation, and attention to the finished result.
Tell me what you’d like to improve. Share your location, project details, and a few photos to start the conversation.

Home technology I use myself
I personally use Apple HomeKit and the Apple Home app in my own home. That experience complements my work in construction, design and practical home improvements, from compatible room controls to the finish details around the equipment.
