Working through a homeowner’s repair list

This homeowner had a list of practical repairs inside and outside the house. Dave worked through the individual issues, including sprinkler troubleshooting, worn door sweeps, a garage entry handrail and peeling exterior trim.

Home repair questions

Can you take care of several small repairs in one project?

Yes. Send the full list and mark the items that matter most. Photos, your Spokane County location and access details help us group suitable work and identify anything that needs a separate scope.

What should I send for a drywall or paint repair?

Include a close-up, a wider photo of the wall or ceiling, approximate dimensions and any paint information you have. Tell us about leaks or recurring cracks. The cause of damage and the existing texture affect the repair; painting a larger area may be needed for a consistent appearance.

Can a sticking door be adjusted instead of replaced?

Sometimes. Hinges, hardware, the frame and the surrounding condition need to be checked first. Send photos of the door open and closed and describe where it catches. We can then discuss adjustment, repair or replacement as appropriate.

Can you install an item I already bought?

Send the product link, dimensions, included hardware and a photo of where it will go. We review compatibility and installation requirements before confirming the work. Share the details before buying additional parts if you are unsure.
