Fixquisite project

Repairs and finish work before a home sale

Project location: Deer Park.

Porch finish work and smaller exterior repairs helped this homeowner work through a pre-sale list.

Home-sale repairs

Finished: the existing porch railing and posts after paint preparation and repainting.

A home seller hired Fixquisite to work through a repair list that included exterior wall and porch finish work.

The exterior photos show wall repairs and the finished vent area. Mechanical changes and permit requirements are evaluated separately for each new project.

On the porch, Dave scraped away loose paint and repainted the existing railing and posts.
