Schedule: Full-time or part-time. Flexible hours.

Pay: $18–$40/hr DOE by skill tier. Biweekly payroll; Friday after the period.

Small repairs and light remodel tasks in occupied homes:

• Carpentry, drywall/paint, caulk/seal, doors/windows.
• Flooring (LVP/laminate/carpet/hardwood prep), tile basics.
• Exterior envelope: siding trim, roofing tune-ups, gutters.
• Site and yard work: grading, drainage, irrigation fixes, fence/deck upkeep.
• Maintenance: assemblies, smart-home installs, weatherization, pressure washing.
• Photos/notes and Jobber updates on every job.

• 18+; authorized to work in the U.S.; able to lift 80+ lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record.
• Clean, professional appearance; uniform compliance.
• Safe work habits and PPE; drug/alcohol impairment not acceptable on duty.
• Smartphone literacy; daily use of Jobber for notes, photos, and time.
• Client-first attitude: communicate early, protect the home, leave it clean.

• Multi-trade depth (finish carpentry, drywall/texture, paint, flooring, tile).
• Exterior envelope/roof leak diagnostics; gutters and flashing.
• Concrete/flatwork basics; light excavation or grading.
• Licensed trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC/mechanical) or certifications (OSHA-10, EPA RRP, MEWP).
• Comfortable on ladders/roofs; fall-protection savvy.

• All tools, consumables, and uniforms.
• Training path with clear skill matrices.
• Respectful team, steady local work, flexible scheduling.
